  • Worked closely with the development team for New Relic Logs, one of New Relics's largest and most successful product launches, to create product launch documentation while still under development and within a very compressed timeline.
  • Helped to update and upgrade the current CRM system (Drupal) from an older, unsupported version to a more current version. Also headed a project to find, compare, and price replacement CRM platforms.
  • Edited, updated, and reorganized several large sub-sections of product documentation to reflect current functionality and bring these documents up-to-date with the approved writing style and standards.
  • Collaborated with development teams and subject matter experts to document functionality changes across the New Relic Platform.
